Description: Tricalcium Phosphate is a white, odourless powder, Tricalcium phosphate consists of avariable mixture of calcium phosphates obtained from neutralisation of phosphoric acid with calcium hydroxide and having the approximate composition of 10CaO3P2O5H2O,which complies with the specifications of HG2789-1996, FCC and EC Directive for food additives.

Uses: In food industry, it is used as nutritional supplement agent.

Usage: In food industry, it is used as anti-caking agent, nutritional supplement (calcium intensifier), PH regulator and buffer, e.g. to act as anti-caking agent in flour, additives in milk powder, candy, pudding, condiment, and meat; as auxiliary in refinery of animal oil and yeast food.
