Physical & Chemical Properties

The industrial product is a pale yellow or dark brown slightly viscous oily and acidic liquid. It will gradually precipitate during placement; isocarbophos crystals melt at 40 - 44 °C and are stable in acidic media and easily decomposed in alkaline media.

Acute oral LD50 to rats: >197mg/kg, acute percutaneous LD50 to rats: >25mg/kg min.Application
